What you’ll be doing 

• Lead a team of up to 10 Lodgement Advisors

• Coach advisors through real situations to build confidence and capability 

• Run focused one-on-one development conversations 

• Monitor claims capture quality and guide improvement when needed 

• Support the team during peak periods across your shift 

• Maintain clear expectations while building team confidence 

• Track team performance and help advisors stay on target through coaching and support
