Be part of t of a team delivering a premium motor claims experience. We're looking for a qualified Panel Beater, Spray Painter, Mechanic, or Estimator, ready to step away from the tools and utilise their experience as a Car Assessor. In this role, you assess vehicle damage, ensure quality throughout the claims process, prevent fraud, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Our Assessors work closely with our repairer network and provide outstanding support to our customers when they need it most.

What you’ll be doing

• Inspect damaged vehicles and validate claims
• Scope repairs and review repairer estimates
• Identify discrepancies or potential fraud indicators
• Assess liability considerations
• Manage customer expectations professionally
• Manage your diary and turnaround times
• Work closely with service providers to ensure quality repairs
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance standards

What you'll have

• A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting is essential
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with watercraft or specialty vehicles
• Hold a current driver’s licence as you will be on the road
