We have an exciting opportunity to step into a Team Manager role within our Chermside CSD department on a 3-month secondment. This is ideal for an existing team leader seeking a change or a future leader who has completed the Ignition Program and is ready to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a team of up to 12 individuals
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best.
- Utilise problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise, maintaining operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong passion for developing team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and success.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Youi environment to deliver outstanding results.
About you
- Successful completion of the Ignition Program is essential.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to make quick, informed decisions.
- Passionate about team development and committed to helping team members reach their potential.
- In-depth knowledge of the Youi environment, products, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability for actions and outcomes, ensuring integrity and reliability in all tasks and interactions.
