This 12-month Team Manager secondment puts you in the middle of team performance, coaching people through challenges, keeping standards high, and helping advisors grow. You’ll learn how to balance people leadership with results, and how to show up consistently when your team needs direction. It’s a hands-on leadership experience that builds confidence, capability, and credibility.

What you'll be doing 

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of claims advisors to achieve and exceed targets
• Fostering a positive culture, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement  
• Driving claim care strategies and initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
• Celebrating team wins and recognising achievements
• Maintaining open lines of communication, encouraging dialogue to address challenges and identify opportunities
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver results

What great looks like 

• Success in leading teams to achieve targets
• Previous experience in claims will be highly valued
• Leadership experience in a call centre setting is advantageous
• Have a growth mindset and are open to learning 
• Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
• You have an analytical mindset and can interpret data to make decisions
• You hold yourself and your team accountable for results
