We’re looking for individuals with a passion for liability, to create a team for this this newly formed role for Small Business Insurance (SBI) as a Claims SBI Advisor. Here, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end claims for SBI, focusing on our insured claims, while managing the resolution of third party liability disputes.

This role withs within Complex Recoveries & Settlements, and suits someone keen to step up their claims skills, utilising exceptional attention to detail and confidence to manage internal stakeholders while utilising their understanding of liability to ensure the best outcomes is achieved for our clients and business, in a timely manner.

What you'll be doing

• A full-time role based at Sippy Downs
• Managing end-to-end SBI claims including those insured by Youi.
• Handle third party liability disputes with professionalism and a strong customer focus
• Gather evidence to investigate and assess liability, and review against our Policy terms
• Ensure claims are progressed through coordinating repairs and assessments, ensuring quality output is achieved in a timely manner
• Responsibly manage claims in accordance with internal frameworks, underwriting guidelines, and Youi’s Claims Philosophy.
• Uphold all Youi Values and actively support the embedding of risk culture
