We have an exciting 6-month secondment opportunity for a highly organised and driven individual to step into a Sales Personal Assistant role. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting leaders, improving team efficiency, and making a real impact behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide support to the 3 Head of Departments across Inbound, Part Time and Internet skillsets
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Support team events, incentives, and day-to-day operations
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and internal communications
- Manage general admin tasks including purchasing, budgeting, and SharePoint updates
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Experience working with Canva and Microsoft is preferred but not mandatory
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and remain a high level of confidentiality
- Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
