We have an exciting 6-month secondment opportunity for a highly organised and driven individual to step into a Sales Personal Assistant role. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting leaders, improving team efficiency, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide support to the 3 Head of Departments across Inbound, Part Time and Internet skillsets
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Support team events, incentives, and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and internal communications
  • Manage general admin tasks including purchasing, budgeting, and SharePoint updates
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders

 

About You

  • Experience in an administrative or support role
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Experience working with Canva and Microsoft is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional and remain a high level of confidentiality
  • Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
