You’ll manage third party motor claims end-to-end, reviewing accident details, assessing liability, and negotiating outcomes within clear guidelines. You’ll initiate enquiries, manage claims at different stages, and bring them to fair, commercially sound resolution. With training and coaching behind you, Third Party Direct (TPD) Settlements is where you strengthen your claims capability and build skills that set you up for the long-term.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Manage and negotiate the settlement of third party motor claims where our customer is at fault
• Act as the main point of contact for third parties, communicating clearly and professionally
• Negotiate mutually beneficial settlement outcomes within agreed parameters
• Manage your own portfolio of claims at different stages, prioritising your workflow effectively
• Keep detailed and accurate notes to meet compliance, privacy and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep claims progressing smoothly
• Progress claims through to fair and timely resolution
• Continue building your knowledge of liability scenarios and settlement processes
