Join Our Payroll Team as a Payroll Administrator. Play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll while contributing to a supportive, values-driven workplace.
About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of day-to-day payroll processing and administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave, reporting, and overpayment recovery
- Maintain accurate payroll records and uphold strong quality control standards
- Deliver excellent service and build strong internal relationships
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all deductions, adjustments, and terminations are processed accurately and on time
- Proactively manage and report risks, incidents, and improvement opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ payroll experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing, including commissions and performance-based payments
- Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (tax, super, leave)
- Strong systems skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll software (Chris21 highly regarded)
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to quickly learn systems and analyse data
