Join Our Payroll Team as a Payroll Administrator. Play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll while contributing to a supportive, values-driven workplace.

About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll ensure the smooth and accurate delivery of day-to-day payroll processing and administration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave, reporting, and overpayment recovery
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and uphold strong quality control standards
  • Deliver excellent service and build strong internal relationships
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all deductions, adjustments, and terminations are processed accurately and on time
  • Proactively manage and report risks, incidents, and improvement opportunities

 What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years’ payroll experience (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing, including commissions and performance-based payments
  • Solid knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (tax, super, leave)
  • Strong systems skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll software (Chris21 highly regarded)
  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to quickly learn systems and analyse data
