This position plays a key role in leading and supporting Claims Advisors, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer experiences while managing claims fairly, accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and cost outcomes.

What You'll Do

· Navigate complex and challenging situations, using strong problem-solving skills to drive the best outcomes
· Lead, coach and support a team of Claims Advisors, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment
· Oversee workflow and allocate claims/tasks, ensuring efficiency across the end-to-end claims process
· Assess and approve initial claim notifications, confirming coverage and guiding advisors on next steps
