As our Senior Procurement Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting how we manage suppliers, contracts and procurement processes across Youi. This role is all about maintaining strong governance, ensuring our systems and records are accurate and audit-ready, and helping the team deliver efficient, value-led outcomes.
You’ll work across the full procurement lifecycle – from supporting tenders through to contract execution, renewals and ongoing management. Along the way, you’ll partner with internal stakeholders and service providers, providing guidance, improving processes and helping embed best practice.

What you'll be doing
- Support the delivery of procurement activities, including tenders (RFPs, RFIs) and end-to-end process coordination
- Manage contract management systems, ensuring contracts are accurate, current and compliant
- Assist with contract preparation, renewals, amendments and approvals in line with procurement frameworks
- Maintain strong record management practices to ensure audit-ready documentation
- Monitor contract performance, including KPIs and service provider obligations
- Provide reporting on contracts, spend, compliance and risk as required
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement queries, guidance and system use
- Deliver training and support on procurement systems and processes
- Coordinate procurement-related meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support supplier engagement by assisting with performance monitoring and issue resolution

What will help you succeed
- Experience in procurement, contract administration or supplier management (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and systems
- Experience supporting tenders and procurement activities end-to-end
- Solid Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear, practical guidance
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. APRA CPS 230, CPS 234) is advantageous
- Experience in insurance, financial services or a complex corporate environment is desirable
- Exposure to tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus
