We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our Chermside CSD department as a Team Manager.  This role is perfect for an existing team leader looking for a change or a future leader who has successfully completed the ignition program and is looking to make a significant impact in a thriving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of up to 12 individuals
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best.
• Utilise problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise, maintaining operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for developing team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and success.
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Youi environment to deliver outstanding results.

• Successful completion of the Ignition Program is essential.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to make quick, informed decisions.
• Passionate about team development and committed to helping team members reach their potential.
• In-depth knowledge of the Youi environment, products, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability for actions and outcomes, ensuring integrity and reliability in all tasks and interactions.
