As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our internal systems running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for troubleshooting issues, supporting business users, and helping ensure our teams can deliver great service to customers without disruption.
This role sits between the business and technology, where you’ll work closely with both users and IT teams to investigate issues, resolve incidents, and identify opportunities to improve how our systems perform.

What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day support for internal applications, resolving incidents and requests
- Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, working through to resolution
- Support incident and problem management, including escalating critical issues where needed
- Work closely with business users to understand issues and provide clear updates
- Collaborate with IT teams to support system improvements and fixes
- Build and maintain knowledge of systems, processes and new releases
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Monitor workload, manage priorities and support team performance

What will help you succeed
- Experience as a Youi Advisor, with a strong understanding of systems and processes
- Exposure to application support or IT environments (advantageous)
- Understanding of web-based applications or databases (helpful but not essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
Full-time role based at our Sippy Downs HQ
