What you'll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Managing a team of TPD Advisors by providing effective mentoring and coaching
• Setting the tone of professionalism and performance for your team
• Analysing data to identifying trends and opportunities
• Providing an exceptional coaching framework
• Ensuring your team delivers awesome service to our customers and each other
