About the Role:

You'll lead up to 6 Retention teams, reporting directly to the Head of Retention - Daniel King, and your responsibilities will include:

• Cultivating a culture of success and performance aligned with our company values, ensuring high staff engagement.
• Mentoring our coaches to empower our team members in achieving business KPIs, fostering fulfilling careers for our advisors.
• Managing recruitment, turnover, and identifying leadership potential to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Analysing team performance data and reporting insights.
• Driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer experiences.
