About the Role

Our Part-Time team is a key part of the Internet Sales department, supporting our advisors during peak trading periods.

As a Team Manager in this space, the role requires strong ownership and leadership. Working alongside the team during these shifts, the focus will be on creating a positive and engaging environment where advisors feel supported, motivated and set up to perform at their best. Doing this through coaching, guidance and ongoing support, team capability, confidence and sales performance will continue to grow, while fostering a strong team culture that delivers great outcomes for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and manage a team of up to 12 Internet Sales Advisors
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel motivated to perform at their best
• Provide coaching and guidance to support individual development and performance
• Utilise strong problem-solving skills to manage challenges and maintain operational efficiency
• Leverage your knowledge of the Youi sales environment to drive strong team results

About You

• Successful completion of the Ignition Program 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
• Good understanding of Youi’s sales environment, products and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
