This full-time, day-shift role is ideal for an aspiring leader who has successfully completed the Ignition Program and is ready to make a meaningful impact in a high-performing sales environment.

About the Role

• Lead and manage a team of up to 12 individuals within Internet Sales
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring team members are engaged and inspired to achieve their best
• Utilise problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that may arise, maintaining operational efficiency
• Demonstrate a strong passion for developing team members, providing coaching and guidance to support their growth and success
• Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Youi sales environment to deliver outstanding results
