We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Employee Experience & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of wellbeing initiatives, recognition programs, and internal events that strengthen our culture and engagement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing employee experience initiatives to life by coordinating programs, events, and communications across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and support the YourLife program

  • Plan and deliver employee events and recognition activities

  • Work with stakeholders across teams to organise initiatives

  • Manage vendors and event logistics

  • Support communications and promote engagement

  • Track participation and maintain program records

 

About You

  • Has experience in coordination, events, HR, or employee experience (highly regarded)

  • Is highly organised and great at managing multiple priorities

  • Builds strong relationships and communicates confidently

  • Has a proactive, detail-focused, and solution-oriented approach

  • A self starter with strong attention to detail
