What you'll be doing

• Maintaining staffing levels and the identification and recruiting of Recoveries & Settlements talent
• “Coaching the Coaches” to develop our staff to achieve business goals and ensure your teams have long, rewarding careers
• Setting the tone of professionalism and performance for your group
• Analysing data to identifying trends and opportunities
• Implement change to capitalise on areas of improvement
