Jump into a role focused on taking action and where you'll learn and develop technical claims skills. You’ll manage third party motor claims end-to-end, reviewing accident details, assessing liability, applying policy, and negotiating outcomes within clear guidelines. You’ll initiate enquiries quickly, manage claims at different stages, with the aim to recover costs via fair and commercially sound resolution.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role that's in-office at Sippy Downs
• A 9-day fortnight working Monday to Friday
• Actively engaging with clients, third parties, and other insurers throughout the claims process
• Negotiate and proactively seek to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customer
• Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
• Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks
