• Demonstrated, consistent success within our organisation
• Understand Third Party Care and its processes
• Genuine affinity for people, adept at fostering relationships and nurturing talent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to implement structured coaching strategies while embracing creative approaches
• Be able to motivate and develop your team to deliver high results
• Completion of Youi's 6-month probation period
• Completion of Youi's Ignition program
• Confident decisions-making skills
