Here, customers have dialed in directly to speak to you, so you're starting quotes from the begining. You’ll follow a clear script, capture details correctly, ask thoughtful questions, and help them choose cover that genuinely fits their life. There are targets to hit, and you’ll learn how to close sales the right way. Through regular coaching and call reviews, you'll continusouly build confidence, earn strong bonuses and develop sales capability that can take you into leadership roles over time. It’s people skills with purpose, helping our customers protect what matters most.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role that's in-office at Sippy Downs
• Speak with customers on the phone who have dialed in, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read policy information and explaining cover and costs clearly
• Work towards sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Work across multiple systems at once
• Receive regular coaching and feedback to build confidence and capability over time
• Work with a team, with clear expectations around performance and quality
