What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Desktop Home Assessors
• Oversee the quality and consistency of claim assessments
• Support process improvements and drive high performance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Help reduce fraud and manage claims costs
• Represent Youi values in every customer and stakeholder interaction

About You:

• Leadership experience, ideally in insurance or construction
• Strong understanding of vehicle assessment or repair processes
• Comfortable with digital tools and tech systems
• Able to guide and motivate a team through change
• Clear communicator who builds trust and leads by example
