An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Litigation Advisor to join our Complex Claims team on a 12-month secondment. This team plays a crucial role in the work we do to support our customers, managing the intricate and high-impact claims that help protect their best interests.

About The Role

• Work collaboratively in our Complex Claims team within the Recoveries and Settlements department
• Review disputed files to assess potential litigation or defence strategies
• Effectively manage a substantial portfolio of litigated and complex claims
• Negotiate with various parties, including third parties, insurers, and legal representatives, to achieve claim resolutions
• Maintain regular communication with our panel solicitors regarding litigated matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant insurance codes and regulations
• Demonstrate our company values in all internal and external interactions

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong prioritisation skills to achieve targets and KPIs
• High attention to detail and well-developed analytical capabilities
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently, applying problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
