For many people coming from Internet Sales or other high volume call roles, this is a great way to step into Claims. You’re still using your communication skills, but the conversation is very different. Instead of handling objections or repeating the same sales call, you’re listening, gathering the right details and setting the claim up properly for the team who takes it forward. You’ll also be part of a team, where everyone works closely together and backs each other up. The role comes with part time flexibility, and Sunday shifts can be worked from home.
