About The Role

• Monday to Friday roster
• Onsite at our Sippy Downs office
• 25 hours per week, 9am to 2pm
• Be the first point of contact for our customers when they need us most by initiating their claim
• Find solutions that are a win-win for both our clients and Youi, effectively troubleshooting issues
• Act as a direct link between customers and service providers
• Adhere to legal and corporate requirements
• Use your excellent customer service and communication skills to create a positive and memorable claims experience

About You

• A track record in customer service and a genuine desire to assist customers when they're in need
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and service providers
• Problem-solving ability
• Quick thinking and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during periods of high claims volume
• Empathy and patience to provide emotional support and guidance to customers during stressful situations
• Completed Youi's 6-month probation period
