We have an exciting 6-month secondment opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle & Leisure Claims Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys meaningful customer interactions, and is looking to build their career in claims. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Manage and process Specialist portfolio claims with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide clear, compassionate support to customers throughout the claims process
• Assess and validate losses, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive timely and fair claim outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Stay up to date with policies, regulations, and industry standards while ensuring compliance 

About You 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to present and articulate information clearly
• Experienced in administration with strong attention to detail
• Skilled at multitasking and performing under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with case or portfolio management (advantageous but not essential)
