About the role
*We are ideally seeking someone with ~2 yrs+ in-depth Claims Management experience to troubleshoot and resolve support requests re our Summit and Advisor (Dash/Advisor/MPA, etc.) applications. IT training will be provided.*
We are looking for a candidate who embodies our Youi values to join our IT Application Support team. This role involves providing system and business process support for our internal Youi applications, including troubleshooting, resolving support requests, and assisting with incident and problem management to enhance business user productivity, customer service, and compliance.
Ways of working
This position is located at our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs.
Key priorities
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests for Youi applications (Summit, Dash, Advisor, ACM, MPA, Youi app, etc.)
- Triage and follow up on requests to resolution
- Enhance the user experience and exceed expectations
- Proactively identify solutions to issues.

Qualifications
- In-depth Summit experience (Claims, AODs, Rostering, Messaging and Tasks, Feedbacks, Leave System, etc.)
- Proven experience in end-to-end Claims Management (TM mandate experience will be beneficial)
- Proven ability to rapidly learn new technical skills or computer systems
- Proficient in advanced MS Office features or other business software
- Skilled in evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
