About The Role

• Onsite and full-time, 9-day fortnightly roster working Monday to Friday only
• Actively engaging with clients, Third Parties, and other insurers throughout the claims process
• Negotiating and proactively seeking to recover costs to ensure a positive outcome for our customer
• Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
• Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

About You

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
• Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
• Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
