An opportunity has presented to join our team as a Financial Hardship Advisor. This is a 13-month secondment for a passionate individual keen to develop their interest in claims.

About the role

• Manage your own portfolio of claims flagged for financial hardship or other vulnerabilities
• Help our customers in their time of need.
• Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
• Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

About you

• Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
• Experience in claims and/or administration, with high attention to detail is beneficial
• Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
• Completed Youi’s 6-month probation period
