About the Role
As a Customer Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that consumer disputes are resolved efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Applying a deep understanding of both internal and external dispute processes to guide resolution efforts.
- Monitoring and upholding compliance with legal, industry, and company regulations.
- Overseeing adherence to IDRS (Internal Dispute Resolution System) and complaints procedures as per industry Code of Practice and legal mandates.
- Assisting in the management and oversight of contentious claims and complaints when required.
- We're seeking someone who is not only a proactive problem solver but also an adept communicator. Your communication skills will be instrumental in navigating and mediating disputes between consumers, Youi, and the Ombudsman.
