As a Claims Advisor at HQ, your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our customers have a positive and memorable claims experience.

The role

• Monday-Friday role
• Manage your own portfolio of claims
• Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
• Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
• Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim

About you

• Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
• Experience in administration, with high attention to detail is a bonus
• Skilled at multitasking and enjoy busy environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
• Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
