Join our dynamic team as a Home Claims Advisor, where your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships by playing a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

 

The role 

  • Onsite and full time, working Monday-Friday only
  • Manage your own portfolio of claims
  • Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish 
  • Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi 
  • Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio

 

About you 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively present and articulate information 
  • Experience in administration, with high attention to detail 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities 
  • Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus 
  • Experience in navigating and quickly learn computer systems
