Live Chat Advisor 

We are seeking a Live Chat Advisor to join our team on a 3-month secondment. As a Live Chat Advisor, you will be responsible for servicing customers, actioning amendments, and cancellation requests, troubleshooting customer portal queries, providing timely and effective customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate and comprehensive information about insurance policies and amendments through live chat.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve customer issues and escalate complex cases to management as required.
• Meet established customer service standards, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Load messages to other teams, such as claims processing and retention, to ensure a seamless customer experience and compliance.
• Stay up to date with changes in insurance policies and procedures.

About You:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Up to date knowledge on Youi policy management systems, procedures and PDS information.
• Professional demeanour, commitment to providing exceptional customer service, taking pride and accountability in all customer interactions. 
• The ability to manage workload and time autonomously.
• Contribute to the team culture and demonstrate alignment with all Youi values.
