Learning & Development Program Specialist

The Learning & Development Program Specialist is responsible for leading the design and delivery of capability development initiatives and projects across Operations and Support. The role leads the administration of Learning Management System (LMS) and maintains the enterprise-wide mandatory training suite.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in adult education, teaching or training.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services Industry highly desired.
  • Coaching and training experience.
  • Attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
  • Experience managing projects and/or delivering learning solutions in a project environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Youi operational policies, procedures, products, and underwriting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of General Insurance and relevant Industry regulatory and legislative requirements
