Join our dynamic team in Building and Contents Claims. This role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships as you play a crucial part in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.
About The Role
- Full-time and onsite, Monday to Friday at our Sippy Downs office
- Manage your own portfolio of building and contents claims
- Ensure smooth processing of claims, from start to finish
- Problem solving to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
- Be the direct point of contact for customers, service providers, and assessors
About You
- Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
- Experience in navigating and learning computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively present and articulate information
- Completed Youi's 6-month probation period
